Spring Fever

What happens to one's flower beds when one gets pregnant in the summer making her unable to tend to them because of the amount of time spent hovering over the porcelain bowl?

This:

Am I proud? No. It actually drove me crazy because I didn't feel like messing with them. There was a half-assed attempt at planting some Mums and Pansies this past fall.

But now, I'm ready and feeling great. We've already conquered one flower bed.

The spring fun has just begun. The hubby mowed the yard yesterday, the grass is greening, the weeds are dying. It won't be long until we can stomp our bare feet through the soft grass. Oh, wait. We can't stomp in the front yard. Mr. S would have our hyde. That's okay. Come on over, we'll stomp out back!
